BowlNote is designed as a private, local-first meal, water, and nutrition tracking app.
The app helps you log meals, track water intake, save reusable meals, calculate nutrition goals, review statistics, export CSV files, and manage optional local reminders.
BowlNote does not require an account and does not collect, sell, or share your personal data.

BowlNote allows you to export statistics as a CSV file.
CSV export is controlled by you through the iOS share sheet. BowlNote does not automatically upload or send exported files anywhere.
If you choose to save or share an exported CSV file using another app or service, that app or service may handle the file according to its own privacy policy.
